Shawne has been beading since 1993 and her favourite technique is multi-strand stringing. She also loves chainmail, kumihimo, wire wrapping and she doesn’t mind pulling out a needle and thread with some seed beads every now and again (especially if it’s to make a big bead that she can string of course). If the result will be something beautiful then Shawne is pretty much open to trying anything! When she’s not beading she is creating with paper. Shawne loves scrapbooking, making cards and creating books. Shawne’s paper and bead stash are about equal. In her regular life Shawne works as a Registered Nurse and she says having the ability to have a forum to create and play with beautiful things keeps her sane!
